Thanks for the thoughts. I am currently trying to get a little more info. regarding the car, like is the warranty through BMW. What kind of service history the car has, etc. I also realize there are a ton of M5s available at incredible prices, but I like my cars with upgrades, and it is always nice when someone else takes that hit.

So, although I coud get a lower mileage stock example for $50k or so, I would need at least $12k to get it to where this car already is. Plus, I have never had a probem with higher mileage BMWs, that being said, though, the technology in this car isn't really proven long term yet, and that definitely scares me!!
