Now on the other hand last Friday I was about 30 miles east of Stateline NV on the 15 northbound, just cruzin about 80 minding my own business, up from behind out of nowhere came a new Corvette and a 335 BMW, that each one of them one at a time paced my passanger door side, obviously it was time.......at 80 I dropped enough gear to bring my pace at 6500 rpm, waited until no cars in front in site for a few miles, gave them the node, and rammed it to the floor, the 335 stayed with the Vette, but the M5 pulled like my payment tells me it should.....damn thats fun reached 140 in a few seconds.

But, thought many times of the consequence if CHP were to radar. In CA its considered Reckless Driving, reckless constitues 3 driving offenses in one violation, no mandatory jail, although up to officer discretion at the time. Fine is under a thousand, but insurance is severly effected for up to 3 years, that can be costly.
