I think mine are street pads. Several years ago, I did try my E-46 M3 on the track. It was also equipped with Street pads, Front 4/6 Piston (not sure, forgot already), Rear 4 Piston. I did more laps, and I pushed it even harder than this time. No problem at all.

Very weird. Maybe I should change it to race pads.
