jclyman's part number is the same as listed on RealOem, part #6:

Note that the fill and the drain are the same plug. Also, the reason you had such a hard time is that BMW apparently (I say apparently because I have no first hand knowledge) uses a thread lock on the fill. Why the fill and not the drain? Good question...
