Windshield seal may be an issue, as has been said. However, is it relatively faint? I found that, for whatever reason, my car developed a slight whistle from the driver's side mirror. I can roll down the window, and the noise is still there, but if I put my hand around the mirror it goes away (usually just a finger near the bottom will may it disappear). Annoying in this expensive of a car, but not willing to deal with the shop for anyone to diagnose it.
