What's the catch? I mean, this can't be a risk-less process or everybody'd be doing it.

Is it possible for DOT/EPA to deny a car for any reason? If there's no catch, are you interested in a partner in crime on your voyage next year, Parker? I'd be happy to pick up a 97 355 Berlinetta for $60k or so and drive the snot out of it.
